The Western Australia Police Force Cadet Medal is a prestigious award established to honour the commitment and dedication of employees who aspire to join the Western Australia Police Force as a police officer. To be eligible for this award, the employee must complete a minimum of 6 months of service as a cadet.
The employee must also successfully complete the recruit course, probation period, and be permanently appointed to the rank of Constable.
